Passionate Storyteller. Digital Media Guru. Creativity Connoisseur.

 

As a Multimedia Communications professional, I am passionate about all things dealing with creativity and captivating different audiences. My heart resides in Marketing and Public Relations and I love being able to utilize my talents and thrive in these unique fields. 

​

Most recently, my career path brought me to Dana Point, California, as the Marketing Manager for Monarch Beach Resort. In this role, I welcomed guests to sunny Southern California for a #Chilluxe getaway through my web design, print and digital collateral and marketing initiatives for endless resort offerings and programs. 

 

Previously, I was the Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator at The Phoenician, A Luxury Collection Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Through this role, I aimed to tell the story of iconic, luxury hospitality with a fresh perspective via online channels, media relations, collateral creation and more. 

​

Before moving to the Sonoran Desert, I worked at Pretend City Children's Museum in Irvine, California, as the Public Relations Specialist, managing all marketing initiatives, media relations, social media channels and creative content. 

​

While studying Telecommunications and Film at The University of Alabama, I interned at WVUA 23 News as a Multimedia Journalist where I shot and edited my own stories for daily newscasts. Upon graduation, I was accepted into the Disney College Program and worked at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, and attended Disney business classes to learn about the company and its successes.

On a personal note, I love spending time with my friends and family, especially my niece and nephew, as well as biking, hiking, traveling and being near the ocean. 

​

Creativity is my passion and I love to express myself through new recipes in the kitchen, scrapbooking, and designing home decor. 

​

In 2021, my goals include reading 3 new books and visiting 5 National Parks.
